Heaving head the rare opportunity to listen to the interview with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia, dr sc Ivo
Sanader, as a human being dealing on a daily basis with other human beings who are today struggling for bare surrvival, I
was indeed most disturbed and discusted that the forementioned head of the government has NOT mentioned in a single word the
fate of about 25,000 of Croatian citizens (of Serbian origin-refugee population). Thus I am free to conclude that all of his
previous statements geared towards the improvement of the conditions for their return was nothing less than a ploy designed
for Your (EU-Croatia Committee)perusal. I thus do plea with each and every one of You to get in touch with the organization
"Trkulja and associates", and firsthand witness the reality as it exist outside ordinary political propaganda on
the part of Mr. Ivo Sanader.

Dear members of Croatia - EU Commeettee,
Once upon a time, I shall guess long time ago while I was still in active diplomatic service, there was a scense of
concience among international representatives whose even magrginal responsibilities dealt with the human suffering regardless
of any demographic, geographic or political factor. I must recognise that that is no longer a case, and despite that knowledge
I shall appeal to each and every one of You to do as his/hers concience dictates... Ladies and Gentleman, I already am living
with that aspect every hour of my working day that never ends, and so do my associates, and much to my most honest sorrow
so will You for the rest of Your lifes. The time to make a change is now, and do not relie upon any hope that without Your
courageous stand the situation facing barely surrviving humanity in this region will improve even by an inch.

EU-Croatia Committee - Quo vadis?
In the name of humanity, christianity, human dignity... although we are fully aware that that the unspeakable attrocities
committed by the Republic of Croatia can not be undone, I shall take the liberty of calling upon each and everyone of Yours
concience NOT to forget more than 250,000 refugees from the Republic of Croatia (Cratian citizens), who have been living for
the past fifteen or more years at the very edge of socilly and economiclly impoverished Republic of Serbia. In front of the
Refugee NGO "Trkulja and associates" I shall appeal to You individually in a vanishing hope tnat somewhere, sometime
humanity must vanquish politics and thus of taking a stand for those whose lifes, future and human dignity has been taken
away by the country whose fate vis-a-vis European Union is in no small part a matter of Your individual concience, and whose
last voice are the volunteers from the organization that I am heading. Do allow not that these pictures remain just pictures,
instead of being a snap-shot of once happy, living beings capable of loving, giving, having a future - maybe even as a part
of the European Union.
